REFUND POLICY

START A RETURN: Email info@unofficial.co.nz with your order number and reason. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

TIMING: Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, return the item within 5 days.

SHIPPING: Original shipping costs aren’t refunded. If your item is faulty, we’ll cover return shipping.

CONDITION: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from deodorant, makeup, or pet hair. Socks and underwear can’t be returned.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders and pre-sale items can’t be cancelled.

Returns that don’t meet these guidelines may be sent back at your cost.
